Their selection of flavors is huge and inventive, from classics like chocolate and pistachio, to unique seasonal offerings like lavender honey. All their gelato is made in-house, so it feels fresh and handcrafted with every bite.

I particularly liked the affogato option, a combination of gelato, espresso, almonds and caramel (though you can customize this to your own preference). The textures were intense - the smooth creaminess of the gelato contrasting deliciously with crunchy nuts - a truly unforgettable experience.

The service is always friendly and helpful too. Whether you're a fan of dairy-free sorbets or something with an extra kick (like boozy affogatos), they'll make sure you get something that fits your taste!

If you're looking for the best gelato in Houston, then I would definitely recommend Rocambolesc.
