I could not believe the selection of oysters they have here – they have every variety I have ever heard of and more. From Kumomotos to Olympias, I couldn't decide which ones to order! In the end, I opted for a half dozen and was not disappointed.

The oysters were incredibly fresh and had a clean, briny flavor with a nice balance between sweet and savory. They were served on a bed of crushed ice with lemon wedges on the side – perfect! The oyster shucking was also top-notch; you could tell that their staff has plenty of experience!

Overall, if you're feeling like trying one of the best oysters in Houston, 1751 Sea and Bar is the way to go. You won't be disappointed!

The Pearl offers a selection of the freshest and most marvelous oysters that I have ever experienced. It is obvious that they take great pride in the care and presentation of each individual oyster. I'm still amazed at how vibrant and juicy each one was served up to me!

The service provided by The Pearl staff was also top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and attentive staff ready to answer any questions I had. The waitstaff were very knowledgeable on the menu items and made me feel as if I had been there many times before.

My overall experience at The Pearl was fantastic, making it my go-to spot for the best oysters in Houston. Highly recommended!

I've been to Eugene's many times for their delicious seafood and oysters. I can confidently say that Eugene's offers some of the best oysters in Houston. They have a wide variety of selection when it comes to oysters, from grilled to steamed, and all are incredibly fresh! The presentation of their dishes is also fantastic. Everything tastes amazing and looks incredible as well.

The service at Eugene's is always friendly and attentive. The staff will go out of their way to make sure your experience is top-notch, and they really take pride in what they do.

The oysters at Brennan's are incredible - so fresh and plump! The briny flavor is truly unique. I love the generous portion size too - a full dozen of your favorite type of oyster per order. And the presentation is beautiful, with just the right amount of lemon slices and mignonette for an added layer of flavor.

The presentation is half the experience, but the service at Brennan's really makes it stand out as one of Houston's best. The waitstaff is always knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you might have about sourcing and preparation methods. Plus they've got a wide selection of sauces to choose from that really make each bite even more flavorful.

Overall, I'd say Brennan's has some of the best oysters in Houston. If you're looking for top-notch seafood with excellent service, look no further than Brennan's!

I had heard a lot of great things about La Fisheria, so I was excited to finally try them. It did not disappoint!

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, it was clear I was in for a treat. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish and the outside seating area felt like a little oasis.

The menu had a variety of different oyster dishes and sizes, so there were plenty of options to choose from. All of their oysters are incredibly fresh and tasty; sometimes it's hard to stop at one!

What really stood out for me though was their signature dish: the Black Pearl Oysters. They were cooked perfectly and full of flavor - definitely some of the best oysters in Houston that I've ever tasted.

Overall, La Fisheria is an excellent spot for anyone looking for delicious seafood in Houston. Highly recommended!

I've tried many different types of oysters in my travels, but none compare to the ones served at State of Grace. The quality of the oysters is top-notch and it's clear that their sourcing process for seafood is incredibly rigorous.

Upon ordering, I was given a selection of eight different varieties - all with unique tastes and textures from the delicate sweetness of Kumamoto to the brininess of Belon. The presentation was simply stunning - each plate so carefully arranged that you can't help but be impressed.

The real treat, however, is the accompanying condiments. From pickled ginger to fresh horseradish sauce - each sauce managed to enhance and bring out even more subtle flavors in the oysters themselves.

The prices were also very reasonable considering what you get - making it a great deal for both a romantic dinner or a night out with friends!

Overall, I highly recommend heading to State of Grace if you're looking for some of the best oysters in Houston!

I have been hearing great things about this place for a while, so I had to check it out myself. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was excellent and the oysters were out of this world!

The Crawfish Pot & Oyster Bar offers a variety of oysters, ranging from local Gulf Coast varieties to international selections. Their selection is constantly changing and always fresh. From the start, the staff steered me in the right direction for finding something that suited my taste.

The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you receive—the portions are plentiful and delicious. I enjoyed trying their numerous flavors, including their signature garlic butter sauce—it was definitely one of the best sauces I've ever tried with oysters!

Overall, The Crawfish Pot & Oyster Bar offers some of the best oysters in Houston. If you're looking for a truly unique experience with outstanding quality, then look no further than this establishment!
