The atmosphere of the cafe is inviting and relaxed, which makes for a great dining experience. I love that the restaurant is family owned and operated - it allows for an atmosphere of excellent service.

I had the Vietnamese Beef Brisket Pho and I thought it was simply delicious. The broth was so flavorful and the texture of the beef was perfectly cooked. There were also plenty of accompaniments to fully customize my bowl, such as bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, and lime wedges.

Overall, Miss Saigon Cafe serves some of the best pho in Houston! Everything on their menu is cooked to perfection and there's something for everyone - even vegetarians! Highly recommend!

The broth is full of flavor and perfectly seasoned, and the noodles are cooked perfectly to the perfect consistency. The meats are incredibly tender with just the right amount of fat for flavor and texture.
