I recently took my significant other here to pop the big question and it was an unforgettable experience. From the minute we arrived, the staff at Rainbow Lodge made us feel incredibly special. Despite the fact that there were quite a few people in the restaurant, our server gave us complete privacy when we needed it.
The food at Rainbow Lodge was absolutely delicious! They have an impressive variety of options to please everyone's palate. The flavor combinations were perfectly balanced and each dish had its own unique twist on traditional staples. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, from our appetizers all the way to dessert!
The ambiance at Rainbow Lodge was also perfect for a proposal spot. The loud chatter and live music did not overpower our dinner conversation; instead it created a nice background noise that was easy to ignore when necessary. Plus, we had gorgeous views of downtown Houston and were able to take in some of the city's most iconic sights while we enjoyed dinner together.
Overall, Rainbow Lodge is one of my favorite places in all of Houston! I would highly recommend it as one of the best proposal spots in town.

It truly is a breathtaking view, with it's cascading waterfall within a 74 foot U-shaped granite wall. It feels like you're in an oasis, with lush greenery and the sound of the crashing water filling your ears.
The best part about Waterwall is its romantic ambience - perfect for popping the big question! What's more, few distractions can be found here as most visitors merely pass by on their way to nearby shopping malls or parks.
