The broth was rich and savory and each ingredient in the bowl added to its unique flavor. The noodles were cooked just right - not too soft, not too hard - so they had a great texture. I particularly enjoyed the pork topping; it was so tender that it melted in my mouth! Overall, I'm definitely ranking Samurai Noodle as the best ramen in Houston!

From the moment I stepped inside their warm and inviting location, I could tell Ramen Jin was a special spot. Their amazing selection of ramen dishes is second to none, and their sesame chicken bowl is one of my personal favorites.
The presentation of the food alone was enough to make me revisit multiple times. Not only do they serve up tantalizing flavor combinations, but they have a knack for making sure each noodle dish looks as good as it tastes. Each ramen bowl is adorned with creative garnishes like spicy radish and green onions that add to the overall experience.
I love how they put such care into every part of their process—from sourcing their own ingredients to crafting thoughtful broth recipes. The result is ramen that stands out from the rest! You can easily taste the level of detail in every spoonful. And don't forget about the side dishes! Ramen Jin also serves excellent boba tea and other sides that complement every meal just as much as the ramen itself.
Overall, I'd say that Ramen Jin is easily one of the best ramen restaurants in Houston!

I have been to a variety of ramen restaurants in the Houston area, but none have come close to the atmosphere and flavor that Yoshi has brought together. The restaurant is small and it's easy to miss on first glance; however, once you step inside, you're welcomed with warm smiles from the staff.
The food served at Yoshi is amazing! From their classic Tonkotsu broth all the way to their rich Miso Butter Ramen, I was impressed every time I visited. All of the dishes were cooked perfectly and were packed with flavor. The meats used were tender and juicy and the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness.
Overall, Yoshi provides an excellent experience for anyone looking for some of the best ramen in Houston. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and their food is top-notch - definitely worth trying out if you're ever in town!

The broth is perfect; bold and flavorful, but not too salty. The noodles are cooked to a perfect al dente texture every time. And the toppings are where Ninja Ramen really shines - juicy pork slices, crunchy bamboo shoots, and savory scallions that bring the dish together.
I especially love the wide selection of accompaniments offered at Ninja Ramen. From hard-boiled eggs to seaweed salads to fresh cut vegetables - there's something for everyone!
All in all, I'd highly recommend Ninja Ramen to anyone looking for the best ramen in Houston. It's a great value for the money and you won't be disappointed!

Taro’s delicious ramen has an exquisite combination of flavors and textures, with a broth that is both light and intensely flavorful. The noodles are chewy and coated in flavor.
I was especially impressed by their unique accompaniments to the ramen, as they added dimension to the dish - specifically their pickled vegetables! I found them to be incredibly tasty, even though I'm not a fan of pickles.
Furthermore, the solution staff at Taro are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s comforting to know that not only am I getting great food but also great service.
All in all, if you're ever in Houston looking for a great bowl of ramen, Taro is definitely worth visiting!

The restaurant itself is cozy, yet modern with a warm ambiance. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the menu was fairly easy to navigate.
I had their signature ramen, which was fantastic! The soup base was incredibly flavorful and rich, full of umami from the mix of pork bone and chicken broth - it was one of the best tasting soups I've ever had! The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the generous amounts of pork chashu melted in my mouth. In addition to that, the ajitama egg had a great texture, bursting when bitten into. It all made for an amazingly satisfying meal that kept me wanting to come back for more.
Overall, I would highly recommend Yokushi Robata for anyone looking for the best ramen in Houston!
