I tried the pork tamales and they were delicious. The masa was light and dry like I like it, with a hint of garlic and spicy chiles. The filling was plentiful and full of flavor.

The service at Alamo Tamales & Taco was also excellent - staff were always friendly and super helpful. They always have a large selection of tamales to choose from so you never get bored.

Overall, I found that Alamo Tamales & Taco had some of the best tamaless in Houston. If you're looking for great tasting tamales, this is the place to go!

The taste of these tamales is unmatched in my opinion. The masa is tender, soft, and holds together beautifully; and the flavors are balanced just right. From the classic pork, to the vegan chile-non-carne, to the sweet coconut – they all pack a flavor punch that can't be beat!

The unwavering quality of Momma's Tamales has been one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Every time I try them, they are consistent and made with love. The portions are generous for their price and style – a great value for your money!

I was blown away by the quality of their tamales. The flavor was incredible and it was clear that no detail has been overlooked in preparation. I also appreciated that they offer a variety of flavors, such as beef and pork, allowing customers to choose the one that best suits their palate.

Another thing I really enjoyed about Balderas Tamale Factory is the customer service. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, making sure that I had a great experience. Additionally, they have an online ordering system which makes it even easier to get my favorite tamales.

When I tasted the homemade beef tamales at Irma's Southwest, it was like I had been transported back in time. The masa was exceptionally flavorful and the beef filling was perfectly seasoned. It was hands down one of the best tamales I've ever had and I can confidently say that they serve the best tamales in Houston!

The atmosphere also adds to the experience - everything is made with love in their kitchen and you can definitely tell their passion for Mexican cuisine is genuine. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating with my special requests too.

Overall, an incredible experience that I would highly recommend!

I was really impressed with the variety of tamales they offer. From the classic pork and cheese to the vegan option, there is something for everyone here. Their ingredients are always fresh and their staff is knowledgeable about tamales.

The quality of the tamales is truly remarkable; some of the best I've ever tasted. The texture was perfect: not too dry, not too wet — just right! Plus, they don't skimp on the filling like some places do. It was a generous amount that made each bite very flavorful and satisfying.

The best part about The Tamale Joint? They have amazing salsas! With four unique flavors to choose from, you can customize your tamales however you want. I opted for the pineapple-habanero salsa which had an incredible kick that really brought out the flavors of my tamale.

Overall, I'm beyond impressed with The Tamale Joint's offerings and definitely recommend it if you're looking for some of the best tamales in Houston!

From the moment I walked into their store, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me through their extensive menu of both traditional and unique flavors of tamales. I was able to sample a few before making my decision, but that was difficult because everything tasted so delicious!

In the end, I decided on two of my favorite fillings: pork and pineapple. Both flavors were incredibly flavorful and the texture was perfect. The masa was light and fluffy, while the fillings were generous in portions with just enough kick from chiles without becoming overwhelming. Not to mention, they give you a generous portion per tamale!

Overall, Tamales Mama tere has quickly become my go-to for the best tamales in Houston!

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly, making it easy to relax while enjoying some of the best tamales around. The tamales are made fresh using only the finest ingredients, giving them an authentic flavor that can't be beat.

I have tried many different types of tamales here and all have been absolutely delicious. From the traditional pork, beef and chicken tamales to unique fillings such as pineapple or jalapeno & cheese, they've never disappointed me.

Their portion sizes are generous, so one order usually has me full for a meal (or two) and their prices are very reasonable. Plus their drinks selection is extensive enough to satisfy everyone's taste buds.

Overall, I highly recommend Hacienda Tacos y Tamales for anyone looking for the best tamales in Houston!
