I had the chance to experience its beautiful and light-filled studio firsthand and it was a pleasure. The ambience of the studio was calming and inviting, making me feel right at home.

The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable and had great energy which kept everyone motivated during class! It was apparent that they truly cared about their students' wellbeing. Furthermore, the classes are various levels so even if you're starting out as a beginner or have experience in yoga, there's something for you.

I love the variety of classes that Urban Fit Yoga Houston offers, ranging from advanced to beginner level. There is truly something for everyone, regardless of experience level or desired intensity. I especially enjoyed their Hot Vinyasa Flow classes - the combination of heat and challenging flow was invigorating!

The staff at Urban Fit Yoga Houston also went above and beyond to welcome me and make sure my visit was comfortable. They provided plenty of water for me throughout my class and even asked if I needed help with certain poses. This really demonstrates their commitment to accommodating all skill levels!

The studio is clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a great yoga experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and professional—taking the time to meet your individual needs.

The variety of classes offered is also impressive: from Core Flow and Power Vinyasa to Yin and Restorative. I particularly enjoyed the Hot Yoga classes! The heat felt invigorating and energizing, allowing me to reach a deeper level of practice.

Their studio is equipped with latest and safest rigging and silk-like hammocks that are soft on the skin. Not only this, but the instructors are highly experienced, patient in teaching and committed to helping each of their clients to the best of their abilities.

I found most of their classes to be challenging yet enjoyable at Republic Aerial Yoga! Every move can be modified by using support or going deeper into a machine. I felt safe with each move and was never pushed too far out of my comfort zone.

The staff also had an amazing atmosphere where everyone was friendly and welcoming! Everyone was excited to help each other grow more confident in their practice, it made me feel like I belonged there from day one.

This lovely studio offers many different classes and styles of yoga, from beginner to advanced and Pranayama to Yin, there is something for everyone. The instructors are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and reflective in their teaching style. I have never felt more at ease.

The class sizes are small enough that you feel like you’re part of a community rather than just taking a yoga class. And the atmosphere is beyond relaxing! They have excellent amenities such as candles, incense, soothing music, and comfortable props.

The Atrium Yoga Studio also has some great online classes that you can take on your own time. It's been the perfect way for me to stay connected with my practice even when I'm away from Houston.

The studio is spacious and incredibly inviting; I immediately felt relaxed upon entering. The instructors are knowledgable and friendly, providing detailed instruction on how to perform each move properly and with correct posture.

The classes cover both tai chi and yoga, allowing me to focus on strengthening my body while also calming my mind. Each class also included a mix of breathing excercises that allowed me to relax my whole body.

It's not just about the physical aspect of these classes however. Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi has an emphasis on connecting your mental state to your physical actions which helps create a sense of balance within the practice.
