The birria itself is cooked to perfection, with the meat being very tender and juicy. The consomé is flavorful and just spicy enough to give it a kick without overpowering everything else.

I must say that the churros could be improved upon. They don't have enough richness and texture to them, so they fail to act as a balance between the amazing birria and consomé.

The most impressive part of Dripped Birria has to be their toppings bar. From pickled onions and jalapeños to cheese and cilantro, there's something for everyone! It really elevates the experience to another level, making it one of the best birria experiences in Houston.
