The atmosphere at Piola is great! It's vibrant and inviting and the staff really knows what they're doing when it comes to making pizzas. Additionally, I am impressed with their commitment to sustainability - all of their food waste is recycled and composted, and they even have a bee farm in their rooftop garden.

The sauce is vibrant and flavorful, with bright Italian tomatoes that have been simmered with herbs to create a depth of flavor. It's not too sweet or salty, just perfect!

The toppings were fresh and plentiful. My favorite was the pepperoni which brought a slight spice to the pizza and had an amazing texture when crisped in their intense oven heat. All of their ingredients are of high quality, making this the perfect place for a gourmet pizza experience.
