I recently visited El Taconazo's food truck and was pretty blown away by the quality of the barbacoa. The taco-style barbacoa had a great mix of flavors, with the beef cooked perfectly and the seasoning just right. The pickled onions added a nice tartness, while the cilantro gave it an even better kick. I also loved that they served it on freshly made corn tortillas that were so light and fluffy - they melted in my mouth!
