I've sampled seven of my favorite beignet spots in town and I'm here to share with you my opinion on which one is the best.

My reviews are based on personal experience and take into account the flavor, texture, size of the beignets, the overall atmosphere and service at each shop.

I'm not a professional food reviewer or anything like that, just someone who loves good beignets and has plenty of experience with them here in Houston!

From sweet flavored sugar to savory smoked bacon topped off with a cream cheese drizzle, there's something for everyone when it comes to the best beignets in Houston. So let's get started!

The flavor of the beignets was spectacular! The brown sugar cinnamon had a light, sweet taste that reminded me of home. The texture was fantastic - flaky on the outside, soft and airy in the middle.

But what really set them apart was their presentation - they were gorgeous! Beautifully dusted with icing sugar or cocoa powder, they looked like little pieces of art.

The atmosphere at Tout Suite is also great - it's well-lit and inviting. The staff are friendly and accommodating, which makes your experience even more enjoyable.

All things considered, I'd highly recommend Tout Suite if you're looking for the best beignets in Houston - you won't be disappointed!

The beignets at French Quarter are some of the lightest and fluffiest I've ever tasted. They have that perfect balance of a crispy outer layer with a warm and doughy interior. It's definitely the kind of beignet that melts in your mouth!

I especially appreciate how generous they are with their powdered sugar - no need to pack it on yourself like at other places. What really sets French Quarter apart is the unique flavors they offer, like coconut, banana, and even pineapple!
