The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, which made it easy to settle in and stay for a bit. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu and making sure that we were taken care of.

The food was some of the best I've ever had. Their brunch menu is inventive, featuring an array of southern-style dishes that combine traditional flavors with modern techniques. The cheddar bacon omelet was cooked perfectly and served with toast, grits, and some thick-cut bacon that added very generous flavor. The macaroni & cheese waffle was another highlight – the creamy cheese sauce combined with crispy fried chicken and fresh honeycomb gave it an amazing depth of flavors!

All in all I highly recommend The Moonshiners Southern Table + Bar as the best brunch spot in Downtown! The food was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff very accommodating – truly a great experience all around!

Cultivated F+B

I was welcomed by the friendly staff, who quickly seated me. As I looked over the menu, it became clear that every dish had their own unique flair and were thoughtfully crafted. The ingredients were all locally sourced and incredibly fresh.

I ended up going with their Breakfast Burrito since it came with a friend egg on top. It was absolutely delicious! The filling was perfectly seasoned, the eggs cooked just right - not too soft, not too hard - and the pico de gallo was a great side to dip everything in.

The portions are generous and the pricing is quite reasonable for quality ingredients and dishes. I enjoyed my meal so much that I also ordered some of their famous pancakes for dessert. All-in-all, Cultivated F+B is one of the best brunches in Downtown!

I stopped by Osso & Kristalla for brunch during my latest trip to Downtown and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. The interior ambience is warm and inviting, and the wait staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the options on their menu.

The food at Osso & Kristalla is delicious! My personal favorite dish is the Eggs Benedict which comes with a perfectly poached egg and its yolk deliciously oozing over a toasted English muffin. The Hollandaise sauce is buttery, creamy, and oh-so flavorful. For dessert, I highly recommend the Tiramisu parfait which has layers of luscious tira mousse topped with crunchy biscotti pieces.

Their boozy brunch menu features some great libations such as 'The Morning Jolt', a spicy Bloody Mary with a hint of fresh citrus; or 'The Sleepy Head' which combines elderflower cordial and sparkling wine in perfect balance.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are all friendly. The menu is varied and they really know their stuff!

The food is absolutely delicious, with a great selection of breakfast and lunch items. The quality is always fresh and they really put an effort into making sure every dish comes out perfect.

The drinks are also top-notch, with a wide selection of wines, cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. They also offer bottomless mimosas if you're looking for something special!

On top of the great food and drinks, the prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your money. Plus, the service is always excellent - attentive but not intrusive - which makes your experience even better.

From the moment I stepped into their cozy atmosphere and smelled the freshly cooked meals to their delicious, fresh ingredients that make up each dish, Hull & Oak have certainly impressed me. Every experience was one of quality and excellence.

Their menu is vast enough to satisfy all palates, from the most sophisticated diner to those looking for something with a little bit more kick. For example, their Carne Asada Tacos and Jalapeño Cheddar Griddlecakes are some of my favourites!

The staff at Hull & Oak is also top-notch -- they always greet you with warmth and truly make you feel welcome. The food comes out in a timely manner and the service is prompt and attentive.

I've never been to a brunch quite like this one. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is to die for.

The menu contains an array of delicious dishes like smoked trout benedict, steak & carb gourmet hash and a variety of omelets. Also, let's not forget about the delectable selection of pastries - my favorites being the almond croissant and cinnamon roll.

But what makes Cellar7 stand out from other brunch spots in Downtown is the exquisite cocktail selection - including boozy mimosas, sangria, spritzers and even craft beers!

Cellar7 isn't just great for brunches - their dinner specials are also tasty. The prices are very reasonable compared to some other places downtown, making it ideal for large groups or just a casual night out.

The ambiance is inviting and the staff is friendly which makes for a great experience. With plenty of seating options including inside, outside and at the bar, you can expect to find a spot quickly.

The selection of food is top-notch. I have yet to try anything on the menu that did not exceed my expectations across all categories: breakfast, lunch, snacks and desserts! Their signature dish stands out as one of the best brunches in Downtown—the English muffin with smoked ham hock gravy and poached eggs was absolutely delicious!

In addition to their signature dishes, they offer a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options. This gives everyone a chance to enjoy the wonderful flavors DistrictMarket has to offer without any compromise of taste or quality.

Their beverage selection rivals most cafes in terms of specialty coffee drinks like lattes, cappuccinos and macchiatos made from their own freshly roasted beans. Lastly, if you’re looking for some extra flair for your brunch—DistrictMarket offers alcoholic beverages such as beer & wine in addition to cocktails!
