The first thing I noticed was the fantastic flavor of the broth. It was flavorful, yet not overpowering - which is one of the hardest things to get just right. The large amount of lemongrass and shrimp paste made it taste like a traditional and authentic Vietnamese dish.

The next thing I noticed were the fresh ingredients used to make the dish. From the slices of pork belly to the thin slices of beef, they all tasted as if they had been prepared with utmost care and attention.

One thing that made this bun bo hue stand out from others was its generous portion size - you can easily share between 3 people with no issue!

Lastly, I would like to mention how affordable this dish was. This will come in handy for those who are on a budget but still looking for a delicious bun bo hue experience.

In conclusion, Bun Bo Hue Duc Chuong 1 - Buba T-2 offers an amazing combination of flavor, fresh ingredients, generous portion sizes and affordability making it one of my favorite places for bun bo hues in Houston!
