I'm always on the lookout for great chargrilled oysters and Eugene's Gulf Coast Cuisine certainly delivers. The oysters were cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right blend of herbs and spices, bringing out the natural flavor of the oysters. The butter, garlic, and lemon accented the seasoning, helping to make each bite tastier than before.

The oysters at La Fisheria are cooked to perfection. I've had plenty of chargrilled oysters all over the world, but none compare to the flavors La Fisheria produces. Every time I bite into one of their grilled oysters, it's like tasting a piece of Heaven. The charred shells add a subtle smokiness that goes perfectly with the buttery texture and juicy seafood inside.

The restaurant itself is also very impressive. It has a chic nautical theme that reminds me of being by the sea, even though it’s miles away from any beach. Plus, you can watch your meal be made right in front of you at the open grill station!

The waitstaff here is also top notch; they are always friendly and accommodating with their customers. No matter how busy they get, they always make sure each person feels welcomed and taken care of while dining at La Fisheria.
