The enchiladas at The Original Ninfa's on Navigation are nothing short of amazing! The chicken and cheese enchilada plate has just the right amount of cheese and spices to create a unique flavor. The red sauce is delicious, with just the right kick. I also tried the beef version and was impressed - tender strips of beef, flavorful red sauce and gooey melted cheese combine to make an unforgettable experience.

What really sets The Original Ninfa's enchilada plates apart from others, however, is their generous portions. Not only do they give you two large enchiladas in each order, but they also add refried beans on the side, as well as fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. This really elevates the dish to something special - it feels like a complete meal instead of a snack!

I've tried many other places and Cuchara is the real deal. The enchiladas are so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The red sauce doesn't overpower the cheese and other ingredients, as can sometimes be the case in less-than-stellar enchilada dishes.

The portions are generous, too. I usually order two for a satisfying meal. If you're really hungry, try the carne guisada. It's really delicious and filling.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Cuchara if you're looking for the best enchiladas in Houston.
