The gumbo at Brennan's is unlike any other. The thick, dark roux is cooked perfectly and the flavorful mix of ingredients all come together to create a unique experience. I love that it has a rich, meaty flavor without being overly fattening.

The shrimp and sausage are both cooked just right and add a great texture to the gumbo. But my favorite part is the seasoning. It's not too salty or spicy, but just enough to give it a perfect kick. And the okra gives it an extra special flavor that really brings everything together nicely.

The recipe is a classic gumbo with all the spices you'd expect - and one or two you might have forgotten. It has the perfect blend of flavors that made my taste buds do a happy dance!

When it comes to the texture, Supreme Gumbo is smooth and creamy. This makes it especially enjoyable to eat, as I never felt overwhelmed by too much spice or heat.

The preparation process is also something that made me very happy. From start to finish, Supreme Gumbo takes less than an hour to prepare. Cooking time can also be reduced by using pre-cooked proteins such as chicken and shrimp.

Finally, no gumbo experience would be complete without some hot sauce on top - Supreme Gumbo does not disappoint! The spicy kick at the end added just the right amount of heat to the dish.

Overall, I found Supreme Gumbo to be the best gumbo in Houston! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious and easy-to-prepare meal!
