Their prime rib is second to none. It's tender, juicy and cooked to perfection! The beef is hand-selected and aged for up to 28 days; this results in a prime rib that's both flavorful and fresh.

The staff at The Palm are extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have about the meal. They give great advice on which cut of prime rib you should get - I usually go for the bone-in option as it has the most flavor, but their boneless version is equally fantastic.

Their side dishes are just as amazing as the prime rib itself. From mashed potatoes to creamed spinach, everything tastes great.

From the first bite of the prime rib, I knew I was in for something special. The tenderness and juiciness of the meat was unlike anything I had experienced before. The seasoning was perfect, allowing the beef to be itself without overpowering it with too much flavoring.

It's no wonder why Steak 48 has gotten such glowing reviews - their prime rib is simply unbeatable! As a fan of all things beef, it's clear to me that Steak 48 has some of the best prime rib in Houston.

Even beyond just the quality of the food, there is a great atmosphere at Steak 48 that truly made it stand out from other places. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ensuring that guests are comfortable and having a great experience. And who doesn't love taking pictures against the unique decor?

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I felt welcomed and immediately noticed the distinct aroma of their mouthwatering prime rib. The service was beyond excellent - they even anticipated my questions and checked up on me throughout my meal.
