The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure each guest has an enjoyable stay. The rooms are modern, comfortable and spacious. I found the amenities to be of great quality. I have stayed at this establishment a few times now, and I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences.

The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the heart of downtown Houston. All the best attractions are within a few minutes walking distance, making it easy to explore all that Houston has to offer.

The service at Hilton Americas-Houston is also exemplary - from check-in to check-out everything went smoothly and there was always someone available to help out with anything that we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were also spotless and luxurious, providing all the amenities that one would expect from a 5-star resort. Biggest plus for me came from the extremely comfortable beds - we had some of the best sleep we ever experienced! In addition, there's an onsite restaurant with delicious food options.

The Laura Hotel, Houston Downtown, Autograph Collection
