The veggie burger here is a must-try! It's made with all the freshest ingredients, cooked to perfection and topped with delicious toppings. I love how they give you the option to choose your own toppings, so that way everyone can enjoy the burger in their own special way. The patty itself is juicy and flavorful and holds together nicely, making it hard to put down once you start eating – trust me, I've tried!

I would say that Miller's Cafe Downtown has the best veggie burger in Houston. Their burgers are always consistent and flavorful! I have tried the Veggie Goat Burger and it is an absolute delight. The patty is made up of black beans, toasted oats, cauliflower, chives and more - all topped with jalapenos and crunchy lettuce. It was surprisingly flavorful - with a hint of smokiness that I hadn't expected. I knew they didn't skimp on quality ingredients just because it was a veggie burger!

The Sweet Potato Fries are also delicious - they had just the right amount of salt and sweetness. They were cooked to perfection, with plenty of crunch and flavor.

I've had my fair share of veggie burgers and Hobbit Cafe really stood out to me. What sets it apart is the texture of their patties - still firm enough to hold up, but soft and juicy inside. The patty is nicely charred on the outside and cooked just right. And they don't skimp on the toppings either, some of the best I've come across!

The atmosphere at Hobbit Cafe was also great - a cozy, homey feeling that made you feel welcome from the moment you stepped in. And the service couldn't have been better; friendly and attentive staff that helped us decide what to order.

I can say without a doubt that Soul Food Vegan has the best veggie burger in Houston. The flavor combinations are spot on and it is definitely worth the hype!

The patty itself is made with a blend of high-quality non-GMO grains, nuts and beans so it's not only tasty but healthy too! Also, the patty is really large and filling, making it quite satisfying.

The bun is also really good - light and fluffy, with just enough sweetness to compliment the savory flavors of the patty. I especially like how they toast the buns. It adds some extra flavor and crunchiness to an already delicious meal!

To top it off, there's a variety of toppings to choose from, such as pickles, onions and tomatoes - all of which add even more depth of flavor to this fantastic veggie burger.

All in all, Soul Food Vegan definitely delivers on its promise of offering one of Houston's best veggie burgers!
