The trails have a variety of terrain, from bridges that cross over sections of the creek, to wide swaths of winding single-track planted with native trees. The trails also go through some of the most iconic sites in Houston like the McGovern Centennial Gardens and the Buffalo Soldiers monument. There's a playground for kids too!
I've had some great experiences at Buffalo Bayou Park like ** picnicking ** in its tranquil settings and enjoying some ** birdwatching** .
